Biography
In 1994 the swing revival outfit the Love Dogs came together in Boston. Singer and percussionist Ed Scheer, pianist Alizon Lissance, bassist Jesse Williams, guitarist Glenn Shambroom, saxophonist Myanna and drummer Steve Brown made up the original lineup. Their debut album I'm Yo Dog arrived first, and Heavy Petting followed in 1998. The band's third studio album, New Tricks, reached stores in fall 2000.
