Biography
Formed during the final years of the 1960s, the Magnificent Men constituted a fleeting ensemble whose output never matched the promise suggested by their name. Styled in a manner akin to the Soul Searchers, the group nevertheless came up short on equivalent songcraft, studio refinement, and performance ability. Their run in the industry ended with a swiftness that rivaled the speed of their initial assembly.
