Biography
With Booker T. Jones and Steve Cropper no longer part of the lineup, drummer Al Jackson Jr. and bassist Donald "Duck" Dunn, the surviving core of Booker T. & the MG's, issued a lone album on Stax under the MG's name, bringing in Carson Whitsett on keyboards and Bobby Manuel on guitar.
