Biography
Identical twins Amy and Julie Mickey blend Americana, Celtic, country, and bluegrass into their sound. After finishing a music business minor at Nashville’s Belmont University, the sisters launched their band in 2000. Far from their Northern Michigan roots, the Mickeys started their own imprint, RiverBeat Music, and put out their debut release, Finding Our Way, in 2003.
