Biography
Formed back in 1996 within the Detroit suburb of Rochester Hills, the power pop trio the Prime Ministers features Todd Wicks on vocals and guitar, Joel Wicks behind the drums, and Ned Friendship on bass. Five years after the band’s inception came their debut album, Last Days of the Prime Ministers, yet that very year also marked the exit of drummer Joel.
