Biography
Rocking Horse Winner emerged in 2002 through its first full-length effort, Horizon, whose sound recalled the classic female-fronted alternative-rock period shaped by The Sundays and Blake Babies. After earning a slot on the Warped Tour and appearing on Dashboard Confessional’s opening album, the group worked with producer James Paul Wisner in the studio during the winter of 2001, readying Horizon for a spring release the next year.
