Biography
Formed in Seattle, Washington during 1998, the Stuck-Ups deliver an explosive, unruly fusion of punk and garage rock. With a constantly shifting roster, the group cut its first release in 2000—a four-track seven-inch issued on the Sympathy For the Record Industry imprint. After that, the band logged countless shows throughout the United States before returning to the studio to complete its debut album, the self-titled The Stuck-Ups, which appeared later the same year. In 2002 the Seattle outfit tracked its next major effort, Human Doll Express, then embarked on another lengthy run of concerts spanning both the U.S. and Europe. By that point the core consisted of vocalist-guitarist Tiffany, bassist Meredith, and drummer Justin.
