Biography
Sundown adopts an anti-nice guy stance, displaying no qualms over lyrics that delve into drugs, violence, obsession, and a general lack of generosity. The group merges industrial and metal textures with a "hating everybody" outlook, issuing its debut full-length album "Design 19" in 1997 on Century Media Records. Once the roster stabilized two years later around Mathias Lodmalm (vocals), Herman Engström (guitar), Andreas Karlsson (bass), and Chris Silver (drums), the band delivered its ironically titled "Glimmer" in 1999.
