Biography
Henrique Laurindo, a fanzine editor and guitarist, joined forces with drummer Renato Tezolin after both had performed in separate Brazilian acts. The pair launched the band early in 2000 and quickly drew notice at home by playing original songs in English. Exposure arrived via an appearance on Curitiba, the Brazilian variety program, which lifted their profile nationwide. That year, several demos they cut circulated through personal contacts and grew into the debut album Dressed Up You Better Feel the Sun, released on Planting Seeds Records. The group kept performing across Brazil and farther afield.
