Biography
Hailing from Minnesota, the Vestals are fronted by brothers Jeremy and Ben Gordon, who contribute vocals and guitar. After sharpening their abilities through domestic rehearsals and live appearances, each brother reached the finals of the 2000 John Lennon Song Writing Contest by entering distinct submissions. Motivated by that result, they enlisted bassist Mark Weigel and drummer Mario Garza to launch the Vestals in 2003, then delivered their self-titled debut album on Warming House Records the next year.
