Biography
The English pomp-rock duo the Yeah You’s, celebrated for a lavish, flamboyant, and unabashedly bombastic approach, deliver a campy fusion of ELO-inspired prog pop and alternative rock carrying Sparks’ imprint, a sound that has invited parallels with other modern big-production acts including Mika, the Feeling, and the Scissor Sisters. Mike Kintish (vocals, piano) and Nick Ingram (vocals, guitar) formed the group in London, issuing the debut single “15 Minutes” in June 2009 before releasing the full-length Island Records album Looking Through You that September.
