Biography
In Evansville, Indiana, Steven Hamilton, Zach Zint, Alex Wallwork, and Corey Greenfield assembled Thunder Dreamer, merging introspective and somber shoegaze with dream pop hues while embedding a clear midwestern heartland sensibility. Summer 2013 marked their entrance via an independently issued EP that carried the band’s name, which they supplemented the next year by delivering their opening full-length album, Lonesome Morning. Once contracted to 6131 Records (Julien Baker, Touché Amoré), the quartet resurfaced in spring 2017 through their second album, Capture.
