Tito Paris

Tito Paris channels romantic feeling into Cape Verdean music by performing in both Creole and Portuguese. His lyrically crafted declarations of affection convey deep emotional warmth. Craig Harris of Rootsworld summed up the effect by writing, "Call this the slice of the spice from the islands of sunshine and you are not too far off the mark."
