Biography
Each year the Amsterdam Arena plays host to a live spectacle mounted by de Toppers, an occasional assembly of the Dutch vocalists René Froger, Jeroen van der Boom, Gerard Joling, and Gordon Heuckeroth. The quartet first convened in 2005 and proceeded to issue concert albums in nearly every remaining year of the decade, several of which ascended to prominent positions on the Dutch charts. De Toppers also served as the Netherlands’ representatives at the 2009 Eurovision Song Contest.
