Biography
Throughout the 1990s, Toxic Narcotic kept up an unrelenting schedule of live shows that helped them build a sizable and devoted audience. The punk band issued the 89-99 collection in 1999, then delivered We're All Doomed in 2002 on Go Kart Records, whose distribution was handled by Caroline; this stood as their first release to reach a wide audience.
