Biography
Outside Chicago, Barbara Trentalange—known professionally as Trentalange—spent her formative years immersed in classical repertoire, taking up piano and flute across several youth symphonies. Her move to Seattle took place in 1992, placing her among musicians linked to Pattern 25 Records and prompting collaborations with Spyglass, Sushirobo, and Head Like a Kite. She joined Crooked Fingers for a tour in 2005. Handling nearly every instrument on her own, she completed her first solo album, Photo Album of Complex Relationships, issued by Coco Tauro Records on October 3, 2006.
