Biography
German guitarist Jens Fischer joined forces with Indian tabla player Asim Saha to launch Tri Atma in 1977, an ensemble devoted to merging Eastern musical elements with Western electronic pop. During 1982 the duo crossed paths with veteran German record and television producer Klaus Netzle, who introduced the space-age sounds of the Fairlight and Synclavier computer synthesizers into their recordings.
