Biography
The comedy trio Trío Laurel from Argentina came together in the mid-'80s through Carlos Escobar, Alejandro Sanz, and Aldy Balestra. Their first stage appearance arrived in 1993 with the presentation of Seso, Humor y Chamarrol (Brains, Humor and Coarse Woollen Blanket). EMI issued the act's debut album Más Nunca Que Locos in 1995. Two years afterward the three-piece outfit premiered its acclaimed new production El Desconcierto de Laurel (Laurel's Disorder). Trío Laurel soon supplied the soundtrack for the film Sapucay.
