Biography
Urraka, a Latin rock ensemble based in Los Angeles, entered the local music community in 1997. The following year the five-piece group, assembled by musicians native to Mexico, turned to writing original songs and documented several on an EP containing “Doña Botes,” “Eclipse,” and “Año Dos Mil.” In 2000 the band launched an extensive and well-received tour throughout Mexico.
