Biography
Vincent Chong Ying Cern entered the world on September 30, 1979, and later built his career as a Malaysia-based pop singer after claiming the top prize on the reality talent series Akademi Fantasia. His first album, Janji Vince, arrived in 2004, followed by the self-titled Vince the next year. In 2007 he issued the hits compilation Percayalah Sayang and simultaneously secured two roles in spinoffs tied to the popular Disney television movie High School Musical, delivering Malaysian-language versions of its soundtrack numbers.
