Biography
Formed in Los Angeles, the punk-pop trio Velouria brings together guitarist and vocalist Scott Taylor, bassist and vocalist Fred Oliva, and drummer Rick Woodard. The group’s first release, Four Eyes for You, surfaced in the middle of 1997.
