Verônica Sabino

Verônica Sabino, previously known as Céu da Boca, scored her breakthrough success in 1986 with the single "Demais," a John Lennon/Paul McCartney composition performed by Zé Rodrix and Miguel Paiva. Featured on the Selva de Pedra soundtrack, the track ranked among that year's biggest hits. She followed it in 1988 with another standout release, "Todo Sentimento" by Chico Buarque and Cristóvão Bastos, which appeared on the Vale Tudo soundtrack. In 1992 the song "Tudo o Que Se Quer" (All I Ask of You, performed by Nelson Motta with Emílio Santiago) found a place on the Tieta soundtrack. After issuing three solo albums between 1993 and 1997, she unveiled her fourth album in France during the 1999 MIDEM audio fair.
