Biography
In 1985 Andrew and Peter Steinmetz, both of whom contribute guitar and vocals, launched Weather Permitting together with bassist Bruno Steiner and drummer Gary McGirr. The band’s output comprises Into the Ground, issued in 1987, and Code of Life, which followed in 1989.
