Biography
Formed during the winter of 1998 in Ottawa, Weights & Measures originated as a side project undertaken by a pair of Kepler members. The resulting instrumental trio, which featured no vocalist, performed a range of moody instrumentals shaped by indie sensibilities until the group signed with Matlock Records in 1999. Their self-titled full-length appeared the year after.
