Weird Summer features Bob Kimbell on vocals, Nick Rudd on guitar, Rick Schattnik on bass, and John Richardson on drums. Observers have drawn parallels between the band and acclaimed country rock acts such as Neil Young and the Byrds. Several albums have appeared under their name, among them the 1998 release I.S.O. (In Search Of) and 1999’s Incarnata Mysterica, the latter featuring guest vocals from Kimbell’s pal Jack Logan.
