What Laura Says

Danny Godbold, who played keyboards, guitar, and vocals, joined James Mulhern on guitar, percussion, and vocals to launch the acoustic duo What Laura Says Thinks and Feels in the Phoenix, AZ area, later trimming the name to What Laura Says. Expansion to a full band occurred in 2006 when Greg Muller joined on drums, Mitch Freedom took up bass, and Jacob Woolsey added percussion. The self-released debut album Thinks and Feels appeared in 2007. North Carolina startup label Terpsikhore Records then signed the group and released a revised, remastered edition of Thinks and Feels on August 19, 2008.
