Will Swinton

New Zealand singer-songwriter Will Swinton specializes in lyrics grounded in everyday experience and melodies built for instant recall. The Auckland native possesses an emotionally charged, gravelly delivery and moves fluidly across pop sub-genres, prompting comparisons to the Kid Laroi and Ekkstacy. His debut EP, Better Days, appeared in 2023.

Swinton began writing and recording bedroom pop material in his late teens; by age 22 three of those tracks, among them “All for You,” had reached the Top Ten. After saturating his home market with millions of streams and TikTok views, he relocated to Los Angeles. Signed to Capitol and working alongside Rory Noble (Burna Boy, Ruel), he issued the 2023 EP Better Days, whose tracklist featured the anthemic title song, the reflective “Leave in the Morning,” and his signature hit “All for You.” He sustained that trajectory in 2024 with the propulsive, electric-guitar-driven single “Harmless.”
