Biography

Hailing originally from North Dakota yet residing in Minneapolis, Woody McBride established his reputation in acid-based techno through the monikers DJ ESP and 4D, as well as the Earthworm series issued on New York's EX label. In addition to putting out singles via Drop Bass Network and Germany's Labworks, he established the Communique imprint, along with its offshoots Sounz and Head in the Clouds, to showcase material by Josh Wink, DJ Skull, Damon Wild, and himself.
