Biography
Joey Arena launched Young Bloods as his own solo endeavor, composing the group’s intense, guitar-propelled emo pop anthems throughout the summer of 2008. Beginning as a single-performer act, the project soon expanded into a full band featuring Arena alongside lead guitarist Chris Klumpp, secondary guitarist Jake Butler, and drummer Rob Bodley; the Rochester, New York outfit first cultivated a regional following before attaining national attention with the 2010 debut album Blueprint to a Fire, which was followed one year later by The Rebirth EP.
