Biography
Young Trap holds the position of CEO at Debonaire Music Group while also functioning as an MC whose path began during his teenage years alongside the Memphis collective Da Ridahz. That crew issued two albums, each helmed by producer Drumma Boy. Relocating to Atlanta prompted Trap to pursue a solo route in 2010, issuing the album Money Talk via his independent Debonaire Music imprint. A 2011 reunion with Drumma Boy yielded the single "I'm Young Trap," followed in 2012 by the Marc Johnson-produced track "Yea." He initiated the Debonaire Music mixtape series that same year, reaching Vol. 3 in 2015, before The Cover Up mixtape surfaced in 2016 hosted by DJ Infamous.
