Biography
Andrea Nardinocchi rose to prominence by blending electronic textures with beatboxing in an unconventional way. A native of Bologna, Italy, he first generated rhythms and instrumental timbres solely with his voice before gradually incorporating additional layers through loop stations and synthesizers. He initially pursued structured training at the Music Academy of Bologna, where his focus on classical and jazz forms eventually gave way to the open possibilities of electronic production. That shift shaped the signature fusion of soul-infused rhythms and melodic electronics that defines his work. The summer of 2012 saw the release of his debut single, “Un Posto per Me,” followed by an appearance at the Sanremo Festival the next year. His first full-length project, Il Momento Perfetto, appeared soon after and earned widespread praise.
