Biography
William Orbit, the producer of Strange Cargo and head of Guerilla, assembled the acid house pop outfit Bassomatic by bringing vocalist Sharon Musgrave into a fresh collaboration. Their sole album, Set the Controls for the Heart of the Bass, surfaced in 1990, driven by the British Top Ten hit “Fascinating Rhythm.”
