Biography
Casey Driessen, a fiddle player who defies genre boundaries, decided to chase a music career by the time he reached six. Suzuki lessons, studies at Berklee College of Music, and a sharp awareness of the forward-thinking fiddle approaches taken by Vassar Clements, Darol Anger, and Byron Berline all fueled his instrumental command. Stage and studio sessions have placed him alongside Steve Earle, Tim O'Brian, Béla Fleck, John Mayer, and many more artists. His first solo release, 3D, appeared in May of 2006 through the Sugar Hill label.
