Biography
Das Oath, the hardcore punk band split evenly between New York and the Netherlands, formed in 2000. Mark McCoy handled vocals, Marcel Wiebenga played drums, Nate Wilson covered bass, and Jeroen Vrijhoef completed the lineup. Before committing to a full album the group issued numerous vinyl singles and compilation tracks through assorted labels, all of which Coalition Records later gathered onto the single CD Über Alles Collection. The band tracked its self-titled debut full-length in Rotterdam, Netherlands, during December 2003; Dim Mak Records issued the record as Das Oath in August 2004.
