Biography
Born Korin Ternovtzeff in 1960, the French singer and songwriter known as Enzo Enzo first appeared as a pop performer in 1980 with the band Lili Drop. After that group disbanded in 1981, she issued her opening solo single, "Je Veux Jouer a Tout," the following year under the name Korin Noviz. Two years later she delivered a second single and simultaneously began performing and recording under the Enzo Enzo identity. A string of further singles appeared across the ensuing decade, meeting mixed results yet gradually turning her into a recognized name. Her self-titled debut album reached stores in 1990 and was followed by six additional full-length projects up through the arrival of Chansons d'une Maman in 2007. Outside her solo output, Enzo Enzo cut duets with other major figures in French pop, among them Jacques Haurogne, and received a 1998 Victoires de la Musique nomination in the Best Female Artist category.
