Biography
Holcombe Waller, the San Francisco singer and songwriter, crafts delicate and introspective material centered on romantic reflection, drawing upon an expansive vocal span that can assume an almost feminine character in its uppermost registers. The Napoleon label released his first album, Extravagant Gesture, in 2001. Waller also handled production for two records by the New York ensemble Project Nim.
