Biography
Mark Mac and Dego fashioned Jacob's Optical Stairway into a still more refined and richly textured drum'n'bass outlet than the one they maintained through their longstanding 4 Hero identity. The project cut both a 12" and a self-titled debut LP for Belgium's R&S Records in 1995, drawing on contributions from Juan Atkins and Josh Wink among others.
