Josh Freese

Josh Freese's drumming stints with the Vandals, California's irreverent punk outfit, and the alternative ensemble A Perfect Circle represented only part of his résumé; he also logged extensive studio work alongside Paul Westerberg, Chris Cornell, Suicidal Tendencies, Juliana Hatfield, Mike Ness, Tracy Bonham, and Guns N' Roses. Turning to solo work, he composed and executed every element of his 2000 debut—including bass, guitar, keyboards, and vocals—yielding the album The Notorious One Man Orgy for Kung Fu Records. Outerscope Records later issued the follow-up Since 1972 in 2009.
