Biography
Le Strisce drew inspiration from the Kooks, the Strokes, and Kings of Leon, launching their following once they posted the singles "Marta" and "Revolver" on MySpace. Enough online excitement had accumulated by 2008 for the Italian rock band to land a deal with Capitol/EMI. An EP surfaced before the year ended, and the Naples residents Davide Petrella, Enrico Pizzuti, Francesco Caruso, Andrea Pasqualini, and Raffaele Papa resurfaced in 2010 with the full-length debut Torna Ricco e Famoso. Hanno Paura di Guardarci Dentro arrived in 2014.
