Milestones

British quintet Milestones emerged in 2014 by channeling the early-2000s emo-punk spirit of Jimmy Eat World, Taking Back Sunday, and the Juliana Theory. As one of several rising U.K. punk outfits from that decade, the Manchester ensemble counted Roam and Trash Boat among its touring peers. Vocalist Matt Clarke, guitarist Drew Procter, bassist Mark Threlfall, and drummer Andy Makin assembled the core lineup, which added second guitarist Eden Leviston in 2015. The band’s emotive, melody-driven approach drew interest from Fearless Records, leading to a 2016 deal. Their debut EP, Equal Measures, arrived under the guidance of producer Phil Gornell (Bring Me the Horizon, All Time Low, Set Your Goals) and featured the single “Nothing Left.”
