Nuzzle

Formed as an emo quartet in Santa Cruz, California, Nuzzle includes vocalist Andy, guitarist Nate, bassist Sam, and drummer Ric. The group entered the scene in 1994 via a self-released split single shared with My Friend Chopper, then followed with another split shared with Whale Boy and Molly Coddle. During 1995 the Anchors Aweigh EP surfaced, after which Nuzzle delivered its debut full-length, Follow, for Now, through the Youthstrikechord label before the year closed. In the years that followed, the quartet confined its live activity to scattered West Coast appearances while completing the LP San Lorenzo's Blues, which finally appeared in fall 1999.
