Biography
Having sustained a friendship across 16 years, Orenda Fink of Azure Ray and Art in Manila joined forces with Scalpelist, otherwise known as Cedric Lemoyne from Remy Zero, in their native Birmingham, AL, to record as O+S. Equal parts inspired by art rock veterans 10cc and loop-based beats, the pair enlisted Beck producer Michael Patterson to produce their debut album, O+S, issued by Saddle Creek in March of 2009.
