Revolving around the mysterious Dr. Space on synthesizer, Øresund Space Collective operates as a fluid ensemble made up chiefly of Scandinavian musicians. From the mid-2000s forward the group has maintained an unbroken output of purely instrumental, spontaneously generated space-rock excursions modeled on the approach of foundational acts such as Hawkwind and Pink Floyd.
