Although he may lack the extensive personal history of Tony Bennett or Frank Sinatra, English vocalist Peter Grant demonstrates a vocal ability that challenges conventional notions of age. The young crooner from the North first performed onstage at 13 and finished his debut national tour at 14, securing a recording contract while most contemporaries were submitting college applications. His smooth-as-a-single-malt-scotch debut, New Vintage, reached stores in 2006. Traditional appeared the following year.
