Biography
In the middle of the 1990s, Argentine electric violinist Sami Abadi entered his country's alternative music circles and spent 1997 playing numerous shows throughout the Buenos Aires club circuit. His debut album, Lejos o Leve?, arrived the next year under the production of Axel Hahn, with contributions from pianist Myriam Tokumura, programmer Juan Bernabe, and percussionist Diego Voloschin; that same year he appeared in Sergio Renan's film El Sueño De Los Heroes and performed at fifteen New York venues. Sami Abadi joined Liliana Zelonka and Claudia Kotin to write the instructional book Música Maestro!, issued by Lumen.
