Bad Boys Blue

Established in Cologne, Germany, during 1984, the multinational dance-pop outfit Bad Boys Blue initially united British lead singer John McInerney with American Andrew Thomas and Jamaican-born Trevor Taylor. Taylor’s 1988 departure prompted the arrival of replacement Trevor Travis, who himself left after the act registered its 1993 number 89 chart entry with “Save Your Love”; from that point Bad Boys Blue operated as a duo until Mo Russel joined in 1995. Jo Jo Max succeeded Russel following the latter’s exit in 1999.
