Biography
Known for her active role teaching jazz, Barbara Morrison launched her career as a bandleader in 1992 via the album Doin' All Right. Subsequent releases included I Know How to Do It in 1996 and I'm Getting 'Long All Right the following year; both appeared on the Chartmaker label and brought her well-earned attention. She issued Visit Me in 1999, with Ooh Shoobie Doo arriving twelve months afterward. On March 16, 2022, Barbara Morrison passed away in Los Angeles, California.
