Biography
Bjorn Fogelberg's emergence as an artist reflected the digital era from the outset, with his entry into music sparked by an early obsession with Commodore computers. That interest soon steered him toward synthesizers and the possibilities opened by MIDI technology. His first independent release, the 1996 album 64, coincided with his discovery of the Internet, which he relied on exclusively to promote the project. The succeeding record appeared instead through a conventional though modest imprint and reached listeners in 1998 under the title Karooshi Porn.
