Cláudia achieved her greatest successes through renditions of "Jesus Cristo" by Roberto Carlos alongside "Mais de 30" from Marcos Valle and Paulo Sérgio Valle. Her career highlight came via a role in the international musical production Evita, which toured multiple nations. The show enjoyed a two-year continuous engagement across Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo. By 2001, she had committed to tape more than twenty albums, including one accompanied by the Zimbo Trio.

Her initial radio appearance occurred at age nine in Juiz de Fora, Minas Gerais. Local events became part of her schedule once she reached thirteen. During the 1960s, after relocating to São Paulo, Cláudia joined the landmark presentation O Fino da Bossa. Victory at the I Festival Fluminense da Canção arrived in 1969, where she delivered "Razão de Paz Para Não Cantar" composed by Eduardo Lage and Alésio de Barros. Additional prizes followed from competitions held in Greece, Japan, Venezuela, and Mexico.
