Biography
The Euro-dance outfit from Finland known as DCX came together in 1997, serving as the main endeavor linking producer Joel Kalsi with vocalist Bettina Hammarsten, who had appeared on the local editions of Idol and The Voice. Their musical direction echoed that of other upbeat dance ensembles such as Darude and September. Kalsi and Hammarsten, joined by Olli Lintuniemi and Ari Myllymaki, gained the most recognition through the DCX track "Flying High."
